The tuition fee in 2023-2024 is 45 000 000 Uzbek soums (UZS) for the full programme (September 2023 – August 2024).
The tuition fee is payable two times per academic year in the amount 24 000 000 UZS each tranche before the beginning of each semester. If the payment is made for the whole programme BEFORE September 1, 2023, the total amount is reduced by 5% to 42 750 000 UZS.
Grants
Academic grants covering 20% of tuition fees will be awarded to applicants who
have IELTS of 7.0 or higher;
are approved by the Grant Selection Committee.
Applicants who receive an academic grant will have the tuition fee reduced to 36 000 000 UZS. If they pay the full amount before September 1, 2023, the tuition fee will be further reduced by an additional 5% to 34 000 000 UZS for the whole programme.
1) an undergraduate degree diploma from a recognised university with a minimum of second lower class honours (2:2 or equivalent, such as an average grade of 4 out of 5);
2) IELTS ≥ 6.0 or an equivalent (TOEFL / Pearson / BMU English Exam) with all four individual components ≥ 5.5.)
if you do NOT have IELTS ≥ 6.0 with all four individual components ≥ 5.5, you will need to pass the BMU English Exam;
if you have a degree from the university where the medium of instruction is English, you do not need to provide a proof of English proficiency
3) a successful interview with the MSc Admission Committee.
STEP 1: Have your PASSPORT / IDENTIFICATION CARD / BIRTH CERTIFICATE ready.
STEP 2: Start your application by clicking on APPLY NOW! button on the right side of this website to create a personal account and to fill in an application online form. Make sure that your personal identification document and an IELTS certificate (if you have it) are uploaded into the system.
A) IF NO IELTS OR IELTS ≤ 6.0, PROCEED TO STEP 3A
STEP 3A: Schedule the
off-line BMU English Exam by choosing an appropriate exam date with the help of our online calendar.
STEP 4A: Arrive to BMU campus 30 minutes before your designated time with
1) your PASSPORT and
2) a SCANNED COPY of your PASSPORT (you can use your IDENTIFICATION CARD) to take the BMU English Exam.
STEP 5A: If you have passed the BMU English Exam, you will be soon invited to an in-person interview with the MSc Admission Committee.
B) IF IELTS = 6.0 or 6.5
STEP 5B: You will be invited to an in-person interview with the MSc Admission Committee.
C) IF IELTS ≥ 7.0, YOU QUALIFY FOR THE 20% ACADEMIC GRANT
STEP 5C: Wait to be contacted by a member of the BMU Admission team to be scheduled for an online interview with the MSc Admission Committee.
You will be notified of the University’s admission decision (accepted / 20% grant) within two weeks after you complete all of the steps above. The decision will be made available in your personal account in the form of an official letter from the University.
