Head of International Cooperation and Public Relations Department
Mr. Utkir Norov is responsible for BMU’s HR policy and corporate relations. His work includes maintaining personal files of employees, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, developing relationships with local businesses and promoting all other external activities run by the University. Utkir took a cross-industry academic path and possesses a wide range of experience in HR management and administration acquired while working in various large companies. Before joining BMU, Mr. Norov worked as Deputy Director for Human Resources at Grand Road Tashkent.
Mr. Norov holds a Bachelor`s degree in Mining Engineering from Navoi State Mining University, a Master`s degree in Mine Surveying from Tashkent State Technical University, and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from the Academy of State and Social Construction.
