Elnora Mirzalieva is an expert with over two decades of experience in higher education and diverse business ventures. She is working on her Doctor of Philosophy in Economics degree from TIIAME, Tashkent, focusing on agricultural management, and holds a robust educational foundation, including a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Kurt Bosch, Switzerland (2008). Additionally, she holds an Entrepreneurship Certificate from Harvard Business School (2023), showcasing her commitment to advancing entrepreneurial innovation. Her academic journey began with a Diploma of Higher Education in Modern and Contemporary History from Tashkent State University (1995).

In academia, Elnora excelled as a Senior Lecturer at Westminster International University in Tashkent for 12 years, leading modules such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Retail Management, Dissertation and Entrepreneurship. As the Business Administration course leader from 2013 to 2018, she managed module development, teaching strategies, and course reviews. Her focus on curriculum innovation and student success significantly enhanced learning opportunities and employability outcomes.

Beyond academia, Elnora has demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen as a Co-Founder of Transconty s.r.o., successfully managing import-export operations across the Czech Republic and globally. She also gained substantial experience in retail, restaurant management in United States and office administration, showcasing her expertise in leadership, operational efficiency, and client relations.
