Ms. Dina Turgunova has extensive experience in project management and contract administration within the Oil and Gas and construction sectors. As Head of the Contract Department, she has successfully managed large-scale international projects, focusing on preparing and administering contracts to maximize organizational benefits and ensure compliance with industry standards. Her expertise spans contract negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills, supported by a strong foundation in legal and engineering knowledge tailored to the construction industry. In addition to her practical experience, she has explored innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence in Project Management, aiming to advance efficiency and decision-making processes in the field.
Since February 2024, Ms. Turgunova has been teaching Project Management at the undergraduate level, blending her academic foundation with her industry expertise. She strives to share her insights to enrich the educational experience of her students and contribute to the professional development of future project managers in Uzbekistan. Her passion for teaching is fueled by her commitment to bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications, empowering students to excel in the competitive project management landscape.
Ms. Turgunova holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Kazakh British Technical University (2021–2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Oil and Gas Business from the branch of Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I. M. Gubkin in Tashkent (2015–2019). She is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), underscoring her dedication to professional excellence.
