Mukhammadfoik Bakhadirov is an Associate Professor of Management. He is an experienced education professional with a demonstrated history of working in higher education in CIS countries for over 15 years. Dr. Mukhammadfoik Bakhadirov has been a lead for multiple programs in Business and Management at graduate and undergraduate levels and managed projects relating to Entrepreneurship and SME development. He obtained his terminal degree from Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht University.

The scope of his publications and research interests includes SMEs, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, and Higher Education. Dr. Bakhadirov taught courses such as Entrepreneurship and New Venture Management, Customer Development, Organizational Behavior, Research Methods, HR Management, and others. He also supervised over 100 Capstone projects and dissertations at undergraduate and graduate levels.
