Biography

Dr. Konstantin Rozanov serves as managing partner of ACED Global Solutions, a London-based advisory firm that helps organizations and individuals around the world navigate special situations. For companies, the support ranges from managing complex cross-border restructurings to advising start-ups and new ventures. An important goal for ACED is to foster long-term development, particularly through various initiatives in academia. Previously, Dr. Rozanov worked as an independent consultant, overseeing projects in Europe, North America, and Asia, and served in various board and executive roles. He was also a CFO and managing director in a US-based wealth management firm.

 

During his academic career, Dr. Rozanov served on the faculty of the London Business School, where he lectured on management control in London and Dubai and conducted research on corporate governance and capital markets. He was also an instructor at the MIT Sloan School of Management in the MBA and executive programs. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, governance, and strategic management.

 

Dr. Rozanov graduated with honors from Harvard University (USA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Government and received his Ph.D. degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management (USA).
