She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Kazakhstan-British Technical University and is PMP® certified. Olga Shakarimova is a certified PMP® professional with over 25 years of experience in banking. She works as an IT Project Manager at Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, leading complex projects and connecting technology with business strategy. She began her career at a local branch and grew into an experienced project leader with expertise in risk management, change implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. Olga is also active in the global project management community as a contributor to PMI Standard+. At British Management University, she teaches PMP certification courses, helping students apply theory in practice.
