British Management University (BMU), the first and only Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partner in Uzbekistan, is inviting applications for the position of PMI® ATP® Instructor

This is a professional-level academic role suited for certified project management professionals who wish to contribute to high-quality executive education and prepare candidates for globally recognized PMI® certifications

Responsibilities:
  • Complete the PMI® Train the Trainer (TTT) certification prior to teaching assignments
  • Deliver PMI® PMP® and/or CAPM® exam preparation courses (36 contact hours) using official PMI® courseware
  • Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions aligned with modern learning practices (e.g., discussion-based delivery, applied exercises, and virtual collaboration tools)
  • Support continuous improvement of course delivery and learner outcomes
  • Perform additional academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Dean
Requirements:

Essential Requirements

  • ​Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) professional qualifications.
  • Passionate about project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Can teach in either English, Russian or Uzbek


Desired Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline
  • Teaching or professional experience in project management (industry or higher education)
  • Experience delivering training in hybrid or online environments
  • Ability to teach in multiple languages (English, Russian, Uzbek)
