Natalya Muzafarova serves as the Dean of Undergraduate Programmes at British Management University in Tashkent. She brings a strong academic background and leadership experience, having previously held senior lecturer and management roles at Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT) and TEAM University. Throughout her career, she has developed and delivered modules in management accounting, financial management, and economics, with a focus on blending academic theory and practical application. In addition to her academic work, Natalya has contributed to national development initiatives as a consultant for UNDP and FCDO projects on climate security in Uzbekistan.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics, a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning, and an MA in International Business Management, all awarded by WIUT. Her research interests include educational innovation, educational leadership, and environmental accounting.
