Olga Shakarimova is a certified PMP® professional with over 25 years of experience in the banking sector. She currently works as an IT Project Manager at Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, where she leads complex projects across various business functions, bridging technology and strategy.

Beginning her career as a specialist at a local branch, she has grown into a seasoned project leader with deep expertise in risk management, change implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. Her practical experience is complemented by a strong commitment to mentoring and knowledge sharing.

 

Olga has also contributed to the global project management community as a volunteer Subject Matter Expert and contributor to PMI Standard+, writing articles and supporting the development of professional standards.

At British Management University, Olga lectures in PMP certification preparation, drawing on her extensive industry background and PMI engagement to help students connect theory with practice. She is passionate about enabling project professionals to deliver measurable business value.
