The following grants are available:
- 20% Grant - Available to applicants with an IELTS score ≥ 6.0 or higher (APTIS ESOL Advanced C1 or higher) - only two components can be 5.5, the others 6.0 or higher
- 50% Grant - Available to applicants with an IELTS score ≥ 7.0 or higher (APTIS ESOL Advanced C2 or higher), who have successfully passed the internal mathematics exam (20 out of 25) or have an SAT Math 650+
- 100% Grant - Available to talented applicants from socially vulnerable families with an IELTS score ≥ 6.5 or higher (APTIS ESOL Advanced C1 or higher), who have successfully passed the mathematics exam (math exam (20 out of 25) or have an SAT Math 650+) and interview, and who also provide supporting evidence Documents

General Requirements
Applicants must have one of the following:
- Successful completion of a certified International Foundation programme
- Successful completion of the first year of an undergraduate degree course at a recognised higher education establishment in Uzbekistan or abroad
- Any other equivalent qualification allowing entry to a UK higher education undergraduate course (e.g., International Baccalaureate)
English Language Requirement
Applicants must have one of the following:
- An IELTS score of 6.0 or the equivalent (APTIS ESOL Advanced C1)
- Completed their secondary education through the medium of English and gained grade C or above in GCSE English or its equivalent;
- Successfully completed an appropriate International Foundation programme with a pass in an academic English module or equivalent.
Mathematics Proficiency Requirement
Applicants must hold:
- GCSE pass in Mathematics or equivalent
In addition to the above, applicants must also have one of the following:
- Pass in Quantitative Methods I module on BMU Foundation Programme or equivalent or Pass in BMU Mathematics Entrance Exam
Direct Entry (Year 2) Summary:
Allows qualified students to skip the Foundation year and start directly at the undergraduate level.
- Requires 12+ years of international secondary education or successful completion of Year 1 at another recognized university
- Minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (APTIS ESOL Advanced C1 and higher) and a pass in the BMU Mathematics Entrance Exam
- Previous university studies are evaluated case-by-case via official transcripts
- 50% Scholarship is available on a competitive basis for those with IELTS 7.5 (no component below 6.5) or equivalent (APTIS ESOL Advanced C2) and a Math score of 20/25 or SAT 650+
