On 25th of February, Associate Professor Zarina Fayazova, Head of the Quantitative Methods Department, and Senior Lecturer Marhabo Saidova delivered a research seminar titled “Research in Action: Faculty Internship Report.”

 

During the seminar, they presented the outcomes of their international professional-academic internship in Chongqing, People’s Republic of China (January 22 – February 2, 2026), implemented within the framework of strengthening international cooperation between Uzbekistan and China. The speakers shared key insights gained from working with advanced topics such as artificial intelligence, digital economy, data analytics, intelligent technologies, and innovative managerial solutions.

 

The seminar highlighted international best practices and demonstrated practical opportunities for integrating modern educational technologies, AI-driven tools, and digital business models into BMU’s academic and research environment. It also emphasized the strategic importance of international internships and research seminars in strengthening BMU’s research capacity, enhancing academic quality, and expanding global academic collaboration.

 

This experience will allow our professors to integrate advanced technologies and modern approaches into the BMU learning process, enhancing the quality of education and creating new opportunities for students.
