British Management University in Tashkent proudly hosted Spring Fair 2026, a vibrant celebration inspired by the spirit of Navruz. The campus came alive with color, music, and energy as students, faculty, and guests gathered to welcome the new season together.
One of the highlights of the event was the preparation of traditional sumalak, symbolizing renewal, unity, and prosperity. Throughout the day, students actively participated in cultural activities, making the celebration both meaningful and engaging.
Students were divided into groups, each representing a different country. They prepared beautifully decorated stands featuring national cuisine, wore traditional outfits, and performed cultural programs including dances, songs, and theatrical presentations. Each group showcased the uniqueness of their chosen culture, creating a truly international atmosphere on campus.
The performances and presentations were evaluated by a jury, who assessed creativity, authenticity, and overall presentation. At the end of the competition, the team representing Spain was announced as the winner for their outstanding performance and impressive cultural display.
The celebration continued with special guest appearances by Munisa Rizaeva and Sabina Mustaeva, who energized the audience with their performances. The event concluded with an exciting DJ set by DJ Safonov, turning the campus into a lively dance floor where students celebrated, took photos, and enjoyed the festive atmosphere.
