BMU and the Agency for Governance Efficiency Strengthen Cooperation

As part of our cooperation with the Agency for Governance Efficiency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, British Management University (BMU) organised a joint event on “Competencies for Effective Public Administration” for civil servants from ministries and government agencies.

The event focused on developing the management competencies required in modern public administration and introducing participants to advanced international approaches and best practices.

During the event, participants explored:

• Project management and results-based management
• Data analysis for management decision-making
• Strategic management and leadership
• Public financial management and modern best practices
• Effective communication and public relations in government institutions

Participants gained valuable practical insights and knowledge throughout the event, and the parties agreed on further steps to strengthen cooperation with BMU.

Strong public administration starts with strong professionals. Through this cooperation, we aim to develop modern management approaches, share international best practices, and strengthen the skills of results-oriented civil servants.
